When Albert Prince was born in 1962, the world was just waking to a new age of technological development driven by the semiconductor industry. The son of traveling tent revivalists Jimmy and Sacred Prince, Albert was almost chosen by fate when the family’s bus threw a rod in the unassuming town of Maranatha, KY, home to paper tape printer manufacturer, Kentucky Farm and Calculator. KFC as that giant would later be known, famously, as “Not that one” would prove formative to the young entrepreneur.
